Outgoing email content now expires after 30 days and delivery summaries after 90 days from the terminal sending outcome. Completed and failed queue payloads expire within 24 hours and 7 days; backup version cleanup and the legal agreement archive follow the new policy.

Validation: 5,728 tests passed twice; changed-workspace lint and TypeScript checks passed. Root Compose validation passed. Independent correctness and performance review approved.
